We Care For All Communities

Community Statement
At Tri-City Foot and Orthotics Clinic, we are passionate about building a space in the community where inclusivity, diversity, and equality are at our core.  We recognize and appreciate how diverse and inclusive teams have an incredible impact on our services and help us better serve our community. Whether it is related to accessibility, disability, neurodiversity, gender identity or expression, ethnicity, race, religion, age, or sexual orientation, we fully embrace employees and the community in these underrepresented groups.
At Tri-City Foot and Orthotics Clinic, we acknowledge there is always more work to be done. We celebrate that our space in the community is a powerful platform for change, learning, growth, and support. We commit to always looking inward at our hiring practices, policies, and culture. We commit to always taking the time to have open discussions and training with our staff and being a positive ally in the community.
We cannot wait to welcome you into our clinic and we will always continue to strive to make this a safe place for our staff and community.

Land Acknowledgement
As we meet today at Tri-City Foot and Orthotics Clinic, we recognize that we meet on the lands of the Haldimand Tract, the land promised to the Six Nations that includes ten kilometers on each side of the Grand River, and recognize this land as being home and traditional territory to other Indigenous people since time immemorial. We recognize that where we all gather to work is home to many past, present, and future First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples.
Our acknowledgment
of the land is our declaration of responsibility to this place and its people’s history, rights, and presence. Our clinic supports and adds our collective voice to the “Calls to Action” from the Truth and Reconciliation Committee.
